Description

The 70S360P7 is a high-voltage N-channel power MOSFET manufactured by Infineon Technologies, belonging to their 700V CoolMOS™ P7 superjunction technology series. Designed for high-efficiency power conversion, it features a maximum Drain-Source voltage of 700V and a low on-state resistance ($R_{DS(on)}$) of 360 mΩ (0.36 Ω). Housed in an isolated TO-220 FullPAK (TO-220FP) plastic casing, it provides internal electrical isolation of up to 2500V RMS, allowing direct mounting to heat sinks without requiring separate insulator pads. This component delivers low gate charge and fast switching speeds, making it ideal for compact, high-density power supply designs.
