The MBRF30100C is a dual Schottky barrier power rectifier housed in a full-plastic, isolated TO-220F (ITO-220AB) package. It consists of two Schottky diode elements internally connected in a common-cathode configuration, allowing it to function as a center-tap rectifier for dual-output or full-wave rectification stages in power supplies.
